Tim, it seems like you haven't paid attention to how the MVP has been chosen over the last decade.. if you're team isn't top 3 you're not getting MVP..
i don't agree with it either, but that's what it's come down to

Durant Has A Legit Chance Just Cause The Thunder Aren't Great Doesn't Mean Anything Its Most Valuable Player Not Best Team...And Besides The Point The Thunder Are 8th In A Tough Western Conference Above The Spurs and Other Teams And They Are Predicted To Finish In 5th A Lot Of This Due To Durant. He'll Get 2nd In The Running Even Though Should Get First

You gotta consider Melo for MVP, I also like Durant but his team isnt good enough right now... also you always gotta put kobe, lebron, nash up there as well(maybe wade, who should of won it last year imo). But for me its way to early to tell.

You can't go wrong with Nash right now, but Durant's team is just not a top team so that right there automatically takes him out..
I'm gonna go with Kobe just for the fact that he kep the Lakers on top without Gasol for 11 games and Bynum for 3 games, and how he has elevated his game to yet another level and is playing the smartest basketball of his career and shooting the best %. If you watched the Lakers during the 11 games that Pao was gone he was literally doing everything for the team.. doesn't matter if they have good players on the team, especially the 2nd unit wasn't playing great at all

I always forget about nowitski. He's playing unreal this year. So is j Kidd. B Jennings says he is the toughest pg he has played against so far.
