i know that but some players have just ball control and are not the type to break ankles and some have ball control that they use to shake their defender with.
Basically what Will said. And its something that will come to you naturally in games and it will happen by default. Most of the time you do not need to reverse it but when you are going to for me i always do my reverse layups on a fast break.
depends on what "handles" your talking about. like handles for just ball control or handles to break ankles. repetition is the key and there is time frame just keep working.
