dude im pro im only 13 years old and im on the 10nth grade team and im poin gaurd i average 8 assists a game and 16 points.

I'm 22 and I play at my local park with the high school kids that didn't make the ball team.. I average 8 ppg , 5 apg!! (games to 15)

I would definitely give Alan Steins stuff a look over air alert, look at his resume
It is not my place to say anything bad about anyone else's program... but from reading these posts it looks like everyone who has done Air Alert has had injuries and pain?!
