ima bless ya discussion first and end the arguments to come, THERE IS NO QUESTION WHO IS BETTER OR SHOULD I SAY GREATER BETWEEN MJ AND MAGIC, "MICHAEL JORDAN", hands down. Magic was magic but MJ was the best basketball player to ever lace up a pair of ball sneaks. He had every weapon that could be used in the game of basketball, a clutch jumper, deceptive moves, unwilling tenasity on defense and was the ultimate teamate. If MJ played that nite you were pretty confident that a victory would follow, excluding no competition. This is easy MJ..

WHAT!!! R U SERIOUS, magic created and trencented a stile like no other,being 6 foot 9 point guard leading the way for people like lebron and dirk, a player added flashiness to the game of ball.I tell u what go on youtube and look at magic and he will show u magic . the fake, moves and the no passes we do today in basketball we originaly get it magic,he filled the stat sheet every nite,and still one lots of game and still was as clutch as mick.

THERE WAS NEVER, NEVER, NOT KOBE, AI, BIRD NO-ONE as clutch as MJ. 7 rings??? 7, thats un heard of. 7 rings mean u perform when it counts most, in the playoffs, and dont forget were talkin their game as a whole, MJ also won a number of defensive awards, um did Magic?? Scoring titles, how many did magic have?? MVP's how many did magic have?? Am i right!?

get your facts straight it 6 rings, why need a scoring title when you can have over 130 triple double like magic and that good enough as a game whole to pass it score it and rebound it and 5 nba titles and 3 seasonal mvp and finals mvp,and promise u he could have had more stats and title if he hadnt gotten sick early.

Magic is undoubtley da best basketball player ever. MJ is tha best SHOOTING GUARD ever. Magic played all 5 positions in an NBA finals game. 6'9" wit nasty passes, tha ability 2 dominate a game. One thing Magic had that Micheal didn't is a rival. Micheal had nobody in da league wen he reached his prime that matchs up 2 him. Magic HAD to compete night in night out 2 da likes of Larry Bird probably a close third in the greatest players ever argument. Honestly if Micheal had such a rival it would have made him better than he already was. Bird pushed Magic into da greatness he had. All in all its an argument that will probably have no end bcuz not much people saw Magic play that watch basketball now, and there is a lot of bandwagoners that will hop on Jordan's jock bcuz of his shoes an da way people talk about him.

I am a huge fan of both players. All though my team-mates gave me a new nickname, "Magic." I would say there is a tie between both of them. Everyone knows Magic is pretty much a sacred player and coach. Jordan is just good, who doesn't love him? If you don't you are crazy. so thats what i think.

MJ is 1a.
magic is 1b.

they both have an argument for best ever but mj has a slight edge. if anybody has an argument for being as good as mj, its magic, but i think jordan has that slight edge. Magic had just a tad bit better teams. mj had pippin...but magic had kareem and worthy....so yah magic is one of the best ever, but MJ is just THE best.
