depends on what "handles" your talking about. like handles for just ball control or handles to break ankles. repetition is the key and there is time frame just keep working.

its just handles in general. you cant have handles to break ankles if you have no ball control

i know that but some players have just ball control and are not the type to break ankles and some have ball control that they use to shake their defender with.

I would say to get eye opening handles it would take a few months of working hard every day
